Como ya sabréis, la semana pasada falleció uno de los miembros técnicos del grupo Radiohead a causa del derrumbamiento del escenario antes de su concierto en Toronto.
Además de la gran perdida humana, Radiohead también ha sufrido daños materiales importantes que impedirán que la banda actué en varias de sus próximas fechas programadas. Según la nota del propio grupo, el accidente de Toronto destrozo un juego de luces de lo más especial que están llevando en sus últimos shows, así como otros elementos bastante viejos y difíciles de reemplazar.
Con todo esto, Radiohead acaba de anular sus próximos conciertos de Italia y Alemania, siete en total, y el Bilbao BBK Live 2012 se libra por tres días.
Rezamos por que no anulen más conciertos y que puedan estar en Bilbao, por que si no…la que se puede liar con la próxima edición del festival vasco.

As you will probably have heard the roof over the stage collapsed at our show in Toronto killing crew member Scott Johnson and injuring three other crew members. The collapse also destroyed the light show – this show was unique and will take many weeks to replace. The collapse also caused serious damage to our backline, some elements of which are decades old and therefore hard to replace.
Whilst we all are dealing with the grief and shock ensuing from this terrible accident there are also many practical considerations to deal with & consequently we have to try and reschedule the following shows...
